She's so irresponsible

I was so angry with her. She's didn't do things well and always forget thing but in the end it seem like become is my fault. And then she jus throw the whole things to me and ask me to settle it. Who is her? I think I no need to mention her name, some of my friend know it. I still need to facing her for more than 2 months. And then so many things I need to settle for her.
